Once your order is processed you must then email all pertinent images to sales@wudyaget.com. If emailing multiple photos, be sure to indicate in that email, which image should be treated as the primary or main image. If mailing printed photos, (or film negatives), please send to the address below*. Once all materials are received by us, you will receive a layout proof within five (5) business days. Once a layout proof is approved, you will receive an invoice for payment, at which point you will have the following payment options:

Rigid plastic pieces require 2-3 weeks production time.
*We cannot be responsible for original materials, (photos, negatives, etc.), lost or damaged in the mail.
